JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 It is stated by learned counsel representing Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board that the petitioner has been informed by the Board to furnish necessary evidence requisite for entering correction in the petitioner's father name in the certificate issued by the Board, in compliance of this Court's order dated 13.02.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any communication so far. Be that as it may, the said communications have been

It goes without saying that the Board shall proceed accordingly thereafter, in the light of the observations made by this Court in the order dated 13.02.2018, passed in CWJC No. 2348 of 2018.
