Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police intercepted the petitioner and from his possession one country made loaded pistol with two live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got fair antecedent and he is in jail for about six months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2467 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014.
