2. This modification petition has been filed at the instance of the office.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78005 of 2023, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, in the cause title the address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as "Kailash Paswan, Son of Maheshari Paswan, Resident of vill- Maheshpur, Kating Chauk, P.S.- Pipra, Dist- Supaul in place of " Kailash Paswan, Son of Baleshwar Paswan, Resident of Vill.-Bahurwa, Parsa, P.S.-Kishanpur, Distt.-Supaul".

In view of the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a report was called for regarding the correct father's name and the address of the petitioner from the Superintendent of Police, Supaul vide order dated 09.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40083 of 2024 and in the light of the said order, a report was sent to this court, which supports the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, let the address of the petitioner be read as "Kailash Paswan, Son of Baleshwar Paswan, Resident of Vill.-Bahurwa, Parsa, P.S.-Kishanpur, Distt.-Supaul" in place of "Kailash Paswan, Son of Maheshari Paswan, Resident of villMaheshpur, Kating Chauk, P.S.- Pipra, Dist- Supaul.
6. Accordingly, the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78005 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above and let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78005 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
