JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were summoned under section 319 of the Cr.P.C and subsequently they were granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court but in the meantime they preferred Cr. Misc. No.27958 of 2010 for quashing the summoning order and in the aforesaid Cr. Misc. No. 27958 of 2010 a Bench of this Court directed the petitioners to surrender within six weeks and face trial but petitioners could not surrender before the court below in time.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2822 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S.Case No. 88 of 2003.
