The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Santosh Kumar alleged that his sister Chandani Kumar was married with Dhiraj Mandal in the year 2010 but her husband and in-laws were subjecting her to physical and mental torture. Chandani Kumari was burnt to death. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. No complain was ever made for the demand of dowry and torture. The husband is in jail. On perusal of record it appears that the informant has not

Petitioners are fatherin-law and mother-in-law and husband is already in jail, Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhsarai in Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S.
