Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 3 is dismissed as he has criminal antecedent.
So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1 & 2 is concerned,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43057 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 the same is allowed as the allegations against them are general and omnibus.
Let the petitioner nos. 1 & 2, above named, namely Upendra Kumar and Uma Shankar Prasad in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
