The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 324, 308 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that there is no specific overt act allegation against the petitoner. The only allegation levelled against petitioner is that he is member of unlawful assembly. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 10.02.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18138 of 2021 In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 782 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
