This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 364 & 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested by the police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
