Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.11.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Suresh Sahni who has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this court vide order dated 26.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15823 of 2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.
