JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.110 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 302, 34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation has been made that the son of the informant used to live in Sasural. The informant has apprehension that the petitioner along with other accused persons might have killed his son.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown. He further submits that the petitioner has been made accused on suspicion and there is no direct allegation against

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai, in Teghra P.S.Case No.110/15.
