1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a and 34 of the Arms Act and Sections 20, 23, 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier, his bail application was rejected by order dated 24.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 47030 of 2021.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, no doubt, the trial has commenced but out of five witness, only one witness has been examined and second witness examination is going on.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegations as alleged in the FIR and taking into consideration the order dated 24.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 47030 of 2021, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

7. However, the Court expects that the learned Trial Court shall made all possible endeavors to complete the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if possible.
