2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 361 of 2025, registered under Section 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Ritesh Kumar on 15.05.2021. Dowry demand followed. The informant states that he went to sasurual of his daughter and tried to pacify her husband and father-in-law but they did not agree. Finally, the lady was killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against her. Petitioner has

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 28.02.2026, this bail application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah/concerned court below in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 361 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
