The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No.109 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An FIR was lodged about the murder of the victim, namely, Dhananjay Kumar while he was returning after attending the birth day party. During investigation the name of the petitioner has surfaced and he made confessional statement.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial
