The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Bittu Kumar and except the aforesaid statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, coaccused Bittu Kumar has already been granted the privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8245 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 683 of 2014.
