The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 B, 498(A), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the husband and wife are living together and they have resolved their disputes. By order dated 07.08.2019, a direction was given to put up this case after disposal of Cr. Misc. No.46578 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35608 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 The similarly situated co-accused, namely, Subhash Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46578 of 2019.

Taking into consideration the fact that the husband and wife, after sinking their differences, living together, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
