Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.385 of 2019, registered for the offences u/s 302, 109/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act. 3.

Vide order dated 17.05.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1, Samastipur, dated 07.06.2024 kept at Flag 'A' whereby it is submitted that out of nine prosecution witnesses, seven prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is fix on 27.06.2024 for examination of rest prosecution witnesses and six months is likely to be taken in the conclusion of the trial.

Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 6.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period . (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
