JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioenr as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that Session Trial no.328 of 2012 arising out of Dighwara P.S.Case No. 37 of 2012 is pending for argument and the trial court has assured to dispose of the aforesaid case within a month, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, the trial court shall take all possible steps to dispose of sessions trial no. 326 of 2012, arising out of Dighwara P.S.Case No. 37 of 2012 within a month.
