Although petitioners are named in the first information report but it is admitted case of the prosecution that informant had not seen the actual killing of the deceased and it were co-accused Shivdhar Giri and Ganesh Giri who took the deceased from his house. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai District Samastipur in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case no. 403/2015.
