ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 6/ 09-03-2016 In the nature of disputed between the parties, several attempts were made to settle the dispute but it could not be done. Be that as it may, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 16.01.2015 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.06 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

The amount of `750/- (seven hundred fifty) payable by the Petitioner to his wife is extended to `3000/- (three thousand) with effect from today.

The application stands disposed off.
