JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19/10/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's purse and other articles were stolen in a running train. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co accused.

It is submitted that neither the petitioner was put on T.I. parade nor the recovery articles have been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2608 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Arrah, Bhojpur in Ara Rail P.S.Case No. 82 of 2014.
