JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Informant, Md. Mustkim Ansari along with his wife while was returning from participating in a funeral, was intercepted by 4-5 persons having over three motorcycle, who assaulted them and on the pretext of firearm, snatched away mobile, cash, lady's purse, ornaments, motorcycle. None have been named in the written report.

However, presence of petitioner visualized on the basis of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of co-accused Raju Patel, who was apprehended along with looted motorcycle. Petitioner has not been put on T. I. Parade during course of investigation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8398 of 2016 (03) dt.08-04-2016 Accordingly, petitioner, Ritesh Singh @ Ritesh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P. S. Case no. 105 of 2014.
