JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Nagar Parishad. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been paid to the petitioner till date whereas Mr. Durga Nand Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Nagar Parishad would submit that entire payment has been made to the petitioner on 19.5.2020. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nagar Parishad to provide detailed calculation chart to the petitioner, showing calculation and payment of the dues. In the event, the petitioner has not been paid any of his legitimate dues, the Nagar Parishad shall
