Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pipra P.S. Case No.308 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 447, 327, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons came and encroached upon the government land by putting a statue of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are, of course, named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against them. The petitioners did not participate in the occurrence and they have nothing to do with the gairmajarua land.

No.33016 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.308 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
