Petitioner is named in the first information report along with others on the accusation that he along with others created disturbance in jail premises and assaulted the Head Jail Incharge, who sustained severe injuries, but from perusal of the impugned order as well as order dated 11.8.2015 passed by learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge in B.P.No.922 of 2015 that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner, who is in jail custody in the present case since 30.6.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
