Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.08.2014 and earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48298 of 2014, giving direction to the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible but the trial court has reported that in spite of issuance of summons and warrant of arrest and the letters to the Superintendent of police, Rohtas at Sasaram, not a single prosecution witness could be examined and the next date was fixed for evidence on 02.06.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and taking note of this fact that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7504 of 2016 (03) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions JudgeVIII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Session trial no. 301 of 2015 arising out of Sasaram ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 715 of 2014.
