The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 364 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation made in the complaint is that he send the son of the informant for employment. The informant further alleged that he received a telephone from Ambala and he called from his telephone that he was confined by the accused persons who demanded Rs. 1,50,0000/- for his release. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is living in a village and the son of the informant did not disclose the name of the petitioner. The son of the informant was employed in a power plant and he himself left that place and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2949 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 fled away from there.
Considering the fact that petitioner lives in a village and even the son of the informant has not named the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Chapra in Complaint Case No. 680 of 2014.
