1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was taken up on 09.02.2026, when the petitioners were directed to surrender on or before 23.02.2026 and the learned Trial Court was directed to consider the case of the petitioners on the same day. It is next submitted that at Para-2 of the order dated 09.02.2026, Tarapur P. S. Case No. 83 of 2024 has been recorded when it ought to have been Tatarpur P. S. Case No. 83

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33227 of 2025(7) dt.17-02-2026 2/2 of 2024.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Tarapur P. S. Case No. 83 of 2024 shall be read as Tatarpur P. S. Case No. 83 of 2024 at Para-2 of the order dated 09.02.2026.

4. The order dated 09.02.2026 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
