JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 25-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Vide order dated 15.02.2016 petitioner was granted bail but before acceptance of bail bond, the learned lower court was entrusted with certain exercise in the background of an undertaking having at the end of the petitioner. From para-15 of the petition it is evident that learned lower court has withdrawn himself from doing such exercise.

That being so, learned lower court is directed to complete the exercise within fifteen days from receipt of the order and further will direct the petitioner to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 15.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.53486 of 2015 and will communicate the court regarding compliance of the order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1691 of 2017 (2) dt.25-01-2017 With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
