JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.11.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One cartridge and some ornaments are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but the seized ornaments were not put on Test Identification Parade and petitioner, except one Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013, does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
