Petitioner and two others were caught when they allegedly, assembled along with others to make preparation for committing road dacoity and firearm as well as explosive substance were recovered from possession of other accused. So far as petitioner is concerned, nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
