It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the present application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 9.5.2014 passed by the learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2013 whereby prima facie case has been found against the petitioners under sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act but since the petitioners have filed application for discharge before the learned court below, hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to raise all the contentions before the learned court below.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46205 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 This application is disposed of with the aforementioned liberty to the petitioners.
