The petitioner seeks regular bail in Barhat P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121, 121A, 307, 553, Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 10, 13, 16, 18, 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured on the basis of information of informer. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Co-accused, namely, Khilo Kora who is named in the First Information Report has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2834 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 29932 of 2014. Petitioner is in jail since 15.06.2014. Having considered the fact that name of the petitioner figured during course of investigation that too from the mouth of the police informer and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014.
