This is the second attempt for grant of bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case no.140 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 04.03.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.613 of 2015 keeping in view the fact that the petitioner was husband of the deceased and the case was registered for the offence under Section 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to paragraph-11 of the petition, submits that till date six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7218 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 prosecution witnesses have been examined including the informant and doctor, but trial has not been concluded. In view of statement made in paragraph-11 of the petition, the Court proposes to dismiss the present petition with an observation that the trial court may take immediate steps, so that trial may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
