The petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No. 460 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 8(c)/20/21/22 of the NDPS Act and sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Recovery of Ganja and liquor was from the field and house of co-accused Ram Ishwar Rai.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ram Ishwar Rai. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44610 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 460 of 2020.
