JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 17.07.2021, passed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, whereby the arms license of the petitioner bearing Arms License No. 159 of 2013, has been suspended but the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, has sought liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, by filing appropriate representation/ petition for revocation of the suspension of his arms license. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation/ petition is filed within a period of two weeks,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13912 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 from today, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
