The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324 and 302 of the IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 04.01.2023 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54197 of 2022 to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner were framed on 18.03.2023. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

No.38042 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2020.

One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his brother-in-law Rajesh Kumar Yadav.

Further, in the event, if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
