JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner filed this petition for grant of provisional bail in Durgawati P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014 pending in the court of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner is fixed on 26thFebruary 2015, therefore, he be granted provisional bail for two weeks.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in jail from before fixation of the date of marriage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail. The same is rejected (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) M.Rahman/- U T
