The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the event, if the trial is not concluded within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself. The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas is directed to ensure that the witnesses are produced before the learned court below as and when required as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the accused persons are on bail and the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2019 and when he had moved earlier before this Court, the Court had

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed in connection with Session Trial No. 144 of 2020 arising out of Kochas P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram/successor Court.
