The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority("LARRA"). The petitioners are directed to file an application before the concerned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority,("LARRA") within 60 days from today and thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its merit after
Patna High Court CWJC No.9994 of 2020(7) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 condoning the delay and shall be disposed of by Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"), in accordance with law after hearing the parties within six months from today.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and file an appropriate application before the concerned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"). Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the "LARRA".
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
