The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 286, 290, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
The prosecution story in nutshell is that while the informant was sleeping in his house, he heard sound of blast. It is further alleged that thereafter informant woke up and went to the roof and found that the roof is damaged.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no concern and connection either with the alleged

It is submitted that the petitioner is also the informant of this case and after exploded a bomb on the top roof of his house, he also lodged F.I.R. against unknown on the same day. It is also submitted that during the course of investigation the Dy. S.P. supervised the case and raised suspicion against the informant that he himself kept the bomb on the top floor of his house and on the basis of which present case has been registered. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIIth, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur (University) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
