Petitioner who is husband of deceased has made second attempt on the ground that informant had gone volte face. I do not see it a cogent ground to accede to the prayer of petitioner. Consequent thereupon, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year, positively.
