Petitioner is said to have given Fasuli blow causing injury on the neck of the informant. Annexure 2 to the petition shows that superficial injury was found on the neck of the informant and doctor has not given opinion about nature of the above stated injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada/ concerned court in Kashichak P.S. Case no. 69/2015.
