1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. A prayer for bail has been made on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case no.61 of 2025 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the F.I.R is that three unknown miscreants who had concealed themselves in a forest area pushed the informant from his motorcycle due to which he fell down and thereafter, three miscreants took away the said motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R was registered against three unknown miscreants. However, the said motorcycle is said to have been recovered from his house but the same has not been recovered from the

He further submits that he has not been put on T.I. parade till date and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2025 and he has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Taking into consideration the above mentioned facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case no.61 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-II, Sherghati at Gaya.
