The petitioner is accused in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2015, registered under Section 363, 365, 367 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is father of co-accused Kundan Kumar, who is the main culprit. Further submission is that informant in his statement has also stated only the name of Kundan Kumar, son of the petitioner. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.9054 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
