JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 The petitioner had filed Civil Revision No.59 of 2016 against the order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Miscellaneous Case No.24 of 2012 whereby compromise decree passed in Title Suit No.337 of 1990 was set aside and the suit was restored. The revision application was allowed by this Court on 04.04.2017.

Submission is that in the last paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2017 passed in the Civil Revision No.59 of 2016, there is typographical mistake that impugned order dated 24.08.1991 passed in Title Suit No. 337 of 1990 was set aside. In fact, order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Miscellaneous Case

Patna High Court MJC No.2832 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 No.24 of 2012 was set aside by this Court.

The error appears to be typographical one, hence, the same stands corrected. Let the second line of the last paragraph of order dated 04.04.2017 passed in Civil Revision No.59 of 2016 be replaced with following "impugned order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Miscellaneous Case No.24 of 2012". With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
