JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing order passed by Additional District Magistrate, Aurangabad, Bihar dated 30.12.2022 (Annexure-5) whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed.

ii) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Certionari quashing the order passed by District Program Officer, Aurangabad, Bihar dated 28.10.2019

Patna High Court CWJC No.8814 of 2023(3) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 (Annexure-4) whereby and whereunder the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled.

iii) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to reinstate the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika and to make up-to-date payment of salary"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
