The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One suspected to be stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled on suspicion and the petitioner is accused in one other case, but he is on bail in that case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3070 of 2015 (02) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 370 of 2014.
