ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 In pursuance of the order dated 22.08.2017, the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna and Sub-divisional Officer (Sadar), Patna are present in person who have submitted in their supplementary show-cause that the encroachments in question have now been removed in toto. There is no further encroachment. They shall ensure in future that such encroachment do not crop up so as to defeat the orders passed by this Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that such a stand is justified under instruction received from his client as on date of passing of this order.
