The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 25(i-b)A & 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, a country-made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. The petitioner was released on bail in the year 2007 but he was not ever granted bail in this case. The petitioner was again remanded in this case on 06.12.2013 and since then he is in jail. It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year and earlier also he remained in jail for a substantive period.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3136 of 2015 (3) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri D.N. Bhardwaj, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger in Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 115/2003 corresponding to G.R. No. 1764/2003.
