Petitioner, a juvenile, prays for his release in Sasaram Town Police station Case No. 1345 of 2013 dated 20.12.2013 (GR Case No. 2594 of 2013), lodged for offence under sections 341, 323,307,376D/34 IPC on the allegation of committing rape on the victim Puja Kumari.

The petitioner submits that he is in custody for one and a half year and version of the victim in 164 Cr.P.C. statement does not tally with the prosecution case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice
